Return, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Restar provides custom digital and creative services for restaurants, including 3D modelling, augmented-reality preparation, restaurant menu integration, website integration, and related services.

Because Restar does not sell physical products, there are no physical items to return.

1. Free demo requests

Free demo requests are offered at no charge. Since no payment is made for a free demo request, no refund applies.

Restar may refuse, cancel, or not complete a free demo request if the submitted photos are incomplete, unusable, inappropriate, or outside the intended scope of the demo.

2. Custom services

Paid Restar projects are custom services prepared specifically for each restaurant. This may include planning, photography, scanning, 3D processing, model preparation, file optimization, website integration, and related work.

Because the work is customized, refunds are not handled like returns for physical products.

3. Deposits

If a project requires a deposit, the deposit reserves project time and may cover planning, preparation, scheduling, administration, and initial work.

Deposits are non-refundable once project work has started, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

If a project is cancelled before any work has started, Restar may refund the deposit in full or in part, depending on the circumstances and any preparation costs already incurred.

4. Cancellation by the client

A client may request to cancel a project by contacting Restar in writing at [restar21@outlook.com].

If the project is cancelled after work has started, the client may be responsible for paying for work already completed, time already spent, expenses already incurred, and deliverables already prepared.

Any refund will be calculated based on the project stage, the amount paid, the work completed, and the written agreement between Restar and the client.

5. Completed work and delivered files

Once final files, 3D models, website code, website pages, or other custom deliverables have been delivered or made available to the client, payments for those completed deliverables are generally non-refundable.

If there is a technical issue with a delivered file or integration, Restar will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue within the scope of the agreed project.

6. Revisions

Revisions are handled according to the written estimate, proposal, or agreement for the project.

Additional revisions, changes in direction, new menu items, new website requests, or changes outside the original scope may require additional fees.

7. Restaurant visits and scheduling

If a restaurant visit is scheduled for photography, scanning, or capture work, the client must provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Restar may charge for travel, preparation, or lost time if a scheduled visit is cancelled too late, the restaurant is not ready, or the required dishes are not available.

8. Website services

Website design, redesign, and integration services are custom digital services. Refunds for website work depend on the project stage and the work already completed.

Once website work has begun, the client may be responsible for design, development, setup, integration, and administrative time already spent.

9. No guarantee of identical display on every device

3D and AR experiences may vary depending on the device, browser, operating system, internet connection, and third-party software used by the visitor. Restar will make reasonable efforts to prepare models for common supported web and mobile experiences, but exact appearance and functionality cannot be guaranteed on every device.

11. Written agreement controls

If a separate written estimate, proposal, contract, or service agreement has different refund, cancellation, deposit, or revision terms, that written agreement will control for that project.
