Depending on how you use our website or services, we may collect:

  • Information about your menu, dishes, project, and website needs;

  • Messages and information submitted through our contact forms;

  • Information necessary to prepare estimates, contracts, invoices, and project deliveries;

  • Technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, and general website-usage data;

  • Cookie and analytics information, where applicable.

Please do not submit confidential information, personal photographs unrelated to your restaurant project, payment-card details, or other sensitive personal information through our general contact or demo forms.

2. Why we collect and use information

We may use the information collected to:

  • Respond to enquiries and demo requests;

  • Review submitted photographs;

  • Create and deliver a requested 3D concept preview;

  • Contact you if photographs must be retaken or additional information is required;

  • Prepare estimates and discuss potential services;

  • Plan restaurant visits, photography, scanning, and website integration;

  • Perform and manage contracted services;

  • Provide customer support;

  • Maintain project and business records;

  • Protect our website, files, systems, and users;

  • Improve our website and services;

  • Comply with legal, accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations;

  • Send marketing communications only where permitted and where the required consent has been obtained.

Submitting a contact or demo form does not automatically subscribe you to promotional emails.

3. Demo photographs and uploaded files

Photographs submitted through the demo form are used to evaluate the submission and create the requested demonstration model.

You confirm that you own the submitted photographs or have the authority required to provide them to us.

We will not publish submitted photographs or resulting demo models in our portfolio, advertising, social media, or other promotional material without obtaining separate permission.

Demo photographs and resulting working files may be processed using third-party file-storage, artificial-intelligence, image-processing, and 3D-generation services, including [MESHY].

These service providers may process or store information outside Québec or Canada.

Unless the photographs become part of an active client project, we intend to delete demo photographs and related working files within [90 DAYS] after the demo is delivered or after the last meaningful communication concerning the request.

4. Service providers

We may use service providers to operate our website and perform our services, including:

  • Shopify for website hosting and website functionality;

  • JOTFORM for form submissions and file uploads;

We do not sell personal information.

5. Information outside Québec or Canada

We assess service providers and the nature of the information involved before entrusting personal information to providers outside Québec.
